Do you want to train like a Swift?

Following on from the success of our first ever ‘Train Like a NSW Swift’ clinic earlier this year, Netball NSW is again hosting a unique experience for girls aged 12 to 16-years-old (including those turning 12-years-old in 2015) to learn what it takes to be NSW Swift player.
This special event is being held at our brand new headquarters, Netball Central, across three days during the January School Holidays – Wednesday 14 to Friday 16 January, 2015.

Learn new training tips, skills and drills from your Swifts heroes and support staff, plus there is a different giveaway each day!

History shows these clinics are extremely popular so you better get in quick, as there are strictly 50 participants limited to each day. Join us for one day or come to all three – the choice is yours!
Perfect your footwork while learning about team building; understand the importance of time management while improving your speed & agility – plus many more different topics will be covered throughout the three days, so there is something for netballers of all abilities.
Learn from the best, and you can do the rest!

Day 1 – Wednesday 14 January: Footwork, Speed & Agility, Attacking, Time Management, Setting Goals
Day 2 – Thursday 15 January: Ball Skills, Circle Defending, SWIFTness Testing, Sports Psychology, Nutrition
Day 3 – Friday 16 January: Decision Making, Game Analysis, Shooting & Feeding, Mid-court Attack & Defence, Recovery
